The Ubuntu methodology and all products and terminology developed through it, are the property of IPAV and are protected by copyright.

The use of the methodology, in whole or in part, as well as any element, product or terminology resulting from it, must be expressly authorized by IPAV's Management.

Any unauthorized use will merit, on the part of IPAV, all legal, civil and criminal proceedings, considered adequate to restore justice.
